Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content, code, and designs created by Anfo IT Solution remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (excluding third-party components) is transferred to the client.

We may integrate third-party services such as hosting, APIs, or payment gateways. Anfo IT Solution is not responsible for issues, failures, or downtime caused by third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to provide reliable and professional services, but we do not guarantee that our website or services will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
