This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our services.

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel a service within 24–48 hours of placing the order or making the initial payment.
Once the project work has started (planning, designing, or development phase), cancellation requests will not be accepted.
For subscription-based services (e.g., hosting, SEO plans), cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the project has not yet entered the development stage or if no substantial work has been completed.
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund (minus payment gateway or administrative fees) will be processed.
Once work has begun, refunds will be issued at our discretion, based on the progress and deliverables already provided.
For services that involve third-party tools, licenses, or hosting, those fees are non-refundable.

3. No Refund Situations

Change of mind after project approval.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of content, feedback, or communication).
When the service has been delivered as per the agreed scope.
Domain registration, hosting, and SEO plans — as these are prepaid services.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
